Just started this blog.. I work in IT but still like anything new it takes some getting into. Never blogged before but seems like a good way to keep a track. A little bit like a diary for my running at least.
Been away in Caloundra this weekend enjoying the weather, no running since Friday. At the moment I am just getting mileage up and building an aerobic base. Expect to of done 20 weeks by January then will work out a plan for the Marathons.
