As you can imagine though from the vantage point of the photo... yes it is quite a climb. No, I have not really run up many hills lately. Yes it will be hard work!
So I won't be doing any kind of 10 K Pace. I will just enjoy the run through the woods, hopefully.
I am only running three times this week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. These will be 5 Mile runs at round 65-70 percent HR.
Weighed myself this morning and took my resting HR. I will probably put this stuff into the Blog on Long Run days but lets see how we roll.
RESTING HR : 48 BPM
WEIGHT: 89.5KG or 197 Pounds
